Our Policies

Hair Unlimited's policies are in place for your and our safety in the workplace. Adhering to our policies is mandatory for service. Please show respect to our property, stylists, and other customers.

Basic Etiquette

No shoes, no shirt, no service. No running in the salon.

Children MUST be supervised at all times. There are hot and sharp objects! 

Cell phone ringers must be OFF-

PLEASE NO CALLS DURING SERVICE, unless in case of emergency!

While walk-ins are welcome, there is NO guarantee a stylist will be available. Making an appointment is preferable!

Illness Policy

If you are not feeling well, please reach out to your stylist to reschedule your appointment. 

Client responsibility to pay a percentage of the missed appointment will be determined per case.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and we understand. However, last minute rescheduling and cancellations greatly affect our income and ability to see other clients on our waiting list. 

Without 24-hour notice, a percentage of your scheduled time will be charged to your next appointment.

We appreciate your understanding.

"Refund" and "Right to Refuse" Policies

Your happiness with service is our ultimate goal. If you are not happy with a completed service, you MUST contact your stylist within 7 DAYS for us to assess the problem. NO MONETARY REFUNDS will be given, but our every effort to fix your concerns will be done. No exceptions.

Our team at Hair Unlimited reserves the right to refuse service to any client who display violent or disrespectful action to us, other clients, or those on our property. We also reserve the right to refuse service to a client when expectations cannot be met or negotiated.
